Holly’s pole dance classes blend physical, mental, energetic and spiritual aspects. Using the pole as a tool for movement expression and freedom, both in the body and the mind. The pole offers an amazing opportunity to connect to your inner power and innate sensuality. She will guide you through meditation, movement, lifts, spins, dance, flow, flexibility, musicality and self expression.
The 4 weeks will be a series in which students will progress together. The series will be limited to 6 students for a more intimate and personal experience. Please call to reserve your spot 970-274-1564.
The fully equipt studio is also available for privates, parties (bachelorette, birthday, girls weekends, office party 😉 so please inquire for details.
