Did you know that you have a Power Animal that has been with you since birth? This animal is your guide and healer and by creating a relationship with it, you can greatly enhance your life’s journey. This class experience will introduce you to the ancient art of shamanism. Using the drum, we will do two exploratory journeys to the Lower World to discover our Power Animal.
BRING: a mat, an eye mask and light cover if you wish; also, water and a journal.
