SMSA organizes or participates in events,
where its members promote or present their services to the community.
Monthly Membership Meetings
The Association’s monthly Membership Meetings are the forum for members
to add their input and suggestions for our dynamic growth,
and an opportunity to get to know other members, while exploring possible referrals.
The meetings are either a General Members Meeting with an informative character,
or a Social Members Meeting.
The SMSA Members Meetings take place on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:15PM.

A Reiki with Gemstones course teaches us how to use Gemstones in a Reiki Healing session. Gemstones’ radiant colors help us to balance energy. Gemstones vibrate at certain frequencies and bring a deeper experience to the recipient. You will learn how to choose Gemstones by various methods. After the course we will visit the gemstones shop to purchase your basic set. Must be a Reiki Level II practitioner to take this course. You will be asked to present your Reiki II certificate before the onset of the course. It is also required to have a Reiki Gemstones Healing session with Master Barbara before the onset of the course (details below). The 3 hr. course fee is $300. The Balance of Reiki with the Balance of Gemstone power. Explanation of the Gemstones used and reading the message for you are included in the session. Reiki Healing Energy for deep relaxation. Reiki brings your energy body, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual all into balance. where there is balance there is no dis-ease. Master/Teacher Barbara Matsuura was trained in Reiki in Japan where she lived for many years. Now that her husband has retired she has moved the offices from Tokyo to Sedona.
